Emergency password reset tool
Hi , Our administrator user could not log in; unfortunately, this is the only administrator account that the client is using. The account they are using is "admin@decisions.com" which they needed to reset the password. Is there a way to reset the password without logging in to the Portal? I read in the forum there is a password reset tool. Where to download the emergency password reset tool for Decisions?

Foremost, There is no other way to reset the password for an admin account.
For your second query, there is no script that can be run, to auto-assign the individuals to a group. You need to create a flow and use a "SetGroupAccounts" step to assign the accounts to a group.
Note: "SetGroupAccounts" step will remove all the previous accounts within the group and re-sets with the New account list.
