  • We have a few terminated users who have been removed in the AD security groups but still appear in the Portal. I would think since we have reset (deleted and re-added the groups) and re-ran the AD sync it would work both ways by adding new users and removing termed users on the UI. Is there an issue that needs to be fixed here?

  • Hello, terminated users being disabled in the UI is a feature that is added in Decisions versions 6.7 and later. Currently, to resolve this issue in your version, you will have to manually disable the users which are no longer active. Once you upgrade to a later version, the AD sync will disable accounts as intended.
