When I merge changes I made to a project in the repo, its showing me the everything thats part of the project instead of just the new or changed items... Is this supposed to happen?

Upon speaking with one of our devs,
This is expected behavior because the "Merge to Branch" action moves the latest revision of everything from the source to the branch. So, this means it will bring up all the items so everything has the most current state merged to the branch.
