    1. The Designers have studio access and are able to create designer entities such as flows, rules, and even designer folders. The Administrators have access to everything and can set permissions so that even the designers have limited access to resources. This ties into the next question.

    2. If you want to hide data from your designers, youll need them to not be in the administrator group. Designers have full creative control until it gets to access. Then the ball is in the administrator groups court and you can set permissions on the folder level to determine what theyre able to see. Im not aware of a password feature to stop other administrators from accessing resources.

    3. We do! In 6.9, there is a feature that allows you to check whos online. There is a report located in System > Administration > System Tools > Event Viewer. Once here, click the More tab on the top right and select Active Users. This will bring you to a report that shows you the source material and shows you the necessary filters you may want to apply.
