Add Folder Permissions to Project

Are the folder permissions supposed to be able to check in to the repo and deployed to another instance? How can they be added to a project?

By default, folder permissions are not added to projects, however, they are hidden objects in Decisions and can be added to a project. Add these permissions to your project by navigating to the folder and select the Folder View option at the top right of the window. Then click the Gear icon and change the report (see screenshot below)- Select the All Folder Items (With Hidden) report. You should now see all hidden items including your folder permissions. Youll be able to add them to your project via right-click action.
When using the export action on a Designer Folder, there is an option to include hidden items in the project. See the dialog below:
