Adding Profile pictures to accounts

I am trying to add and display profile pictures for the Decisions accounts. I am not sure where it is possible and, if possible, can you please let me know how we can achieve this?

We can define an image to an account by adding the image in Decisions as a document. Later, we can update the account with the ID of this document as the account_picture_ID.

I want to inform you that we can use the profile picture within the flow to display it on items like Form but can not use this to display on the portal.
