Raw SQL Step
Comments

Does your query need to specifically use a raw SQL step? If not, you can create a database query in place of the raw SQL step in order to specify a timeout for your query.
For more information, please view the following documentation pages:Parameterized Queries: https://documentation.decisions.com/parameterized-queries/ Add Query to External Database: https://documentation.decisions.com/add-query-external-database/
Let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
In order to alter the default timeout settings for a query, you will need to make this change in Decisions settings.xml file.
This can be found in C:Program FilesDecisionsDecisions Services ManagerSettings.xml To change the default timeout setting, you will want to open this file (i.e. Notepad) and find the DefaultDatabaseQueryTimeout tag. Here, youll want to change the default number (in my case, the default is 60) to the desired number of seconds. Save. You may need to restart Service Host Manager as well, in order to apply the changes.
Let me know if this is what you are looking for or if you need additional assistance with this issue.
