Are you able to update to a newer version of Decisions? Its possible that the issue is resolved in a newer build. You can find the latest version of Decisions on our releases page here: [url=https://releases.decisions.com/Releases/]https://releases.decisions.com/Releases/[/url]
Before upgrading, taking a backup of your database is recommended in case anything goes wrong.
