Assignment Task links in email not working

Our notification emails are sending with a link to the wrong url. How do we change this?

This is most likely happening because the portal base URL is set to [url=http://localhost/decisions]http://localhost/decisions[/url]
The portal base url is the URL that Decisions uses to generate task links. Therefore, if your portal base URL is still set to [url=http://localhost/decisions]http://localhost/decisions[/url] , the task links will look like this:
http://localhost/decisions/Primary/H/?assignmentId=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxThese task links will only work on the local machine the assignment was created on.
When you change your portal base to say, [url=http://google.com/decisions]http://workflow.com/decisions[/url] the task links generated will look like this:
http://workflow.com/decisions/Primary/H/?assignmentId=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxThe PortalBaseUrl should be set to the same domain you use to access the portal in the browser.
This setting can be changed in the Settings.xml file on the application server (in Program FilesDecisionsDecisions Services Manager).
