Hello,

Can you please provide insight or a link to documentation on whether it is possible in Decisions to have batch approve/reject/send back a list of assigned tasks? We are using the Approval module and want to simplify the process for supervisors approving the overtime records.

Is this natively supported in the Decisions UI or do we need to develop the a Decisions Form?

Yes! It is possible to approve assignments outside of the form and also you have the option to have a group action on the assignments to approve.

To set up the Approval (outside of a form) go into your flow and select the assigned form step. Open up the Action Based Outcomes and set up a new outcome path and make sure to have selected allow group action. This will create a new path from the flow where you can direct it to the next step it should take.

Thanks for the help. Your instructions worked for me! I have another question on supporting batch approvals from the Tasks page:

Is it also possible to modify the assigned tasks page to:

• limit it to show only tasks from a specific workflow
• modify columns so it can show the needed information from the flow to make a decision from the same page (without having to click into the task)?

On the assignments report to enable group actions you need to use the shift key. Instead of modifying the existing report I would create a new report that has the information that you need on it. Display the report on a page and attach that page to a folder.
