Are we able to have users logged out automatically if they are inactive for a certain period of time.

You can set the Auto Lock settings from the Portal Settings located at: System > Settings > Portal Settings.

Once you have checked the Auto Lock box and set a desired time limit, being inactive in excess of the set time limit will cause the user to be logged out and need to re-enter their password to use the portal/studio
