Hi,

We are using Email Response Handling on a form we created. I have created an email template to add the company logo,etc,

but the body in the "Email To Suggest Handling" seems to be a "Merge Text" item.

Is there any way to send in HTML to the body of the email so we can make the email look nicer that just text?

Maybe use buttons instead of links for the actions, and tables and stuff?

Hi,

You should be able to do this by sending the email from a flow On Step Run. This doc has an example of the process: https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/private-vs-shared-flows-form-steps

Replace Send Notification step with Send Email step in the example. Send Email step allows you to add style to the email body by using Merge HTML Editor. Also, do not forget to set the Email Notification policy to None so that the default email is not sent out.
