  • Hi Decisions,

    It looks like our DNS team changed the certificate on Proteus, which our Production Decisions (Automation Manager running 2.6.5) is not liking the new cert. I noticed the certificate signature algorithms are different (sha1 vs sha256). We have trusted the certificate on the servers; however, we are still getting the below error. How do we resolve this error?

  • Hi,

    It is likely the cert is something like SERVER.DOMAIN.COM, but youre connecting to it using an IP address or using a different name. You have to use the cert valid name. Please verify this and let us know if youre still having issues.
