Hello,

I am attempting to use the Move email step and am getting an error that I’m unable to resolve. I have successfully implemented the Get Headers and Get Email steps and I want to move the processed email from the Inbox to a completed folder. This is how I’m setting up the flow: I have set up a folder called MoveTest under my personal Inbox in Outlook (Office 365). I obtained the destination folder path by using the location from the properties of the folder. I’m setting the destination folder as Brandon.Hill@gatewayloan.comInboxMoveTest and the source folder as Brandon.Hill@gatewayloan.comInbox. The server is outlook.office365.com. Every time I run this, I get the error message below. My IT Helpdesk believes I’m inputting the correct folder path but something is clearly not right.

Are you able to move the email by only specifying the folder name?

Aha… I got it to work by using just the folder name but it appears to only work with the standard outlook folders (inbox, archive, etc.) but not with any folders that were created under the Inbox.

Hi,

I was able to move an email into a sub folder by specifying the Destination Folder Path as Inbox/Test Sub Folder.
