In multi-tenancy AD users cannot log in tenant

  • Hello,

    In multi-tenant environment, AD users cannot log in to the assigned tenant. Manually created accounts can log in to the same tenant without any issue. AD account can see the login page and tenant drop down menu. However, when the AD account user selects the tenant on the drop down menu and hits login button the platform doing nothing. Refreshing page and switching to Primary with the same AD account working fine. Do you have any idea.

    You need to just fill in the AD Settings on the tenant, you do not need to run a sync. There just needs to be an AD sync object in the settings on the tenant so its not null. In this case, you need to login to Stats tenant and fill AD Settings. Please check the below document as a reference. After adding AD setting information if you still cannot log in please let me know.
