Reading Inbound SMS reply from TWILIO

Hi Decisions team,

I was trying to Read the SMS response from TWILIO using Telephony handler but I am not sure How to Configure this in TWILIO as well as in Decisions.
I mean is this flow need to be always running “Listining”? Can I get a little help around this?

Have you already registered Twilio under System > System Settings > Telephony Settings? The SMS flow automatically listens if you have the proper phone numbers configured.

Yes I have it configured but do I need to do anything else….I created flow so when I get response I need to update some flag….but unless The flow is running I cant get it back.
I am little confused.

I mean to say how do I Test/Varify/Debug if its running or not where do I see the log or anything if its running??

Looks like I cannot do this on my “Localhost” as I need to copy the URL on twillio for it to send back.
So one question is around “Feature” Installation on Dev/Test/Production servers…do I need to do this separately on each server or Can I put that in “Repository” to deploy?

Yes, you need an externally addressable IP so that Twilio can call to it. Youll need to install the telephony feature on each of the servers.
Ok…I did setup on our externally addesable IP – but not sure How to debug this as It doesent seem to come back….Below is the Error getting captured in TWILIO
