    We are encountering an issue when trying to edit the settings of our AD setup for decisions. We cannot onboard new users into the system via AD at this moment Below is the screen shot of the error. Our version of decisions is 4.0.9 Revision 40350

  • Did you update recently?
    When did this start?
    Were any changes to AD settings made before this started?
    Does the settings object appear and then error immediately?
    Or does it appear when you click to edit that one server? If its only that server, are you able to add a new one to the list and use that?

    When did this start?

    • I have noticed it about 2 weeks ago, but it could have started around 11/8 (AD settings were set and nobody ever tried to edit them)

    Were any changes to AD settings made before this started?

    • no

    Does the settings object appear and then error immediately?

    • No, this error is thrown when we try to edit settings object

    Or does it appear when you click to edit that one server? If its only that server, are you able to add a new one to the list and use that?

    • We believe that we can delete this settings and recreate them but this is a high risk of resync accounts. If this is an only way to fix, we will plan to do so.
