Business users are trying to delete this task below in Decisions production; throwing an error as below. Can you please check on it.

It looks like the assignment in question is 1 year, 2 months old and the flow data its trying to reference can not be found.

Everything in Decisions that is set up to be saved is located on a table in the database that was created when you installed Decisions.

For this problem, you are going to have to locate the assignment entity in your SQL database and manually delete that record.

The table that stores all of the assignment entities is dbo.entity_assignment. When you find the record that matches the assignment entity, you can delete that record.
