Current data in a running flow with Approval form.

Scenario :

I have a flow (lets call it AssignToUsers Flow ), in which a form (with Action Based Outcomes) is being Assigned to an approver in sequential manner(i.e if First Approver approves, then it goes to second approver and so on ) So With each approver taking some action on Approval Form,a few values (There is a list of Simple Entity, in which I update a row based on Approver and action it takes) are being updated in the AssignToUsers Flow.

The Flow is used via REST API call. So I am sending back, Flow tracking ID to the API caller (as Set Flow output values)

Requirement :
Now the requirement is, based on this FlowTrackingID, how I can retreive the current set of data or I need to send back somethign else with the FlowTrackingID to accomplish this.

Can you provide some additional information about what data you need to return to your other application via FlowTrackingID? The way we construct this flow will depend on the data needing to be sent back.
