Opening Flow By Clicking Folder

Hey! In my v8 instance I used to be able to create a new folder and attach a flow URL to the folder. When I selected the folder, the flow ran just by left clicking.

I cannot figure out how to build this use case in my v9 instance. Is this still possible in the product?

Thank you for using the forum! This is still possible in v9 but it works a little different.

First, inside your flow select "Configure Integration" in the top right in the Flow Designer. Configure the flow as a "User Interface" Integration Type.

Next, select "View" next to the Publish As option. This will open the integration details for the Flow. This is where you grab the flow URL to run the flow.

After that, inside your v9 project, create a new "Open URL" Workflow Catalog item. Configure the Flow URL into the URL section of the Workflow Catalog.

Finally, you will see the new workflow catalog underneath the "Start Workflow" section in the Decisions Portal. You can now run the flow just by selecting the Workflow Catalog Item just like you could in v8.
