Upgrade from v9.3 to v9.11
Hey!
I am using IIS to host Decisions and I am looking to upgrade my v9.3 environment to v9.11. Is there anything I need to do beforehand to ensure a good upgrade experience?
Thank you!

Hello, thanks for reaching out to us through the forum!
First, backup your v9.3 database. You cannot roll back a database once it has been upgraded. Next, since you are using IIS, you need to download the .NET 9 Hosting Bundle and the .NET 9 Desktop Runtime on the Decisions Server machine for a v9.11 installation. After that you run the installer as an Administrator and walk through the prompts.
Here is a link to our documentation outlining the .NET dependencies.
