How do I shorten links while sending an email?

Hey!

I am sending a link to my users using a Send Email step but it looks ugly. Is there a better way to shorten the link into a word or something in v9.11?

You can achieve this by using the "Create Link" step to better format a link being sent through an email. Here are some screenshots below showcasing this build.

First, you want to use the "Create Link" step in the flow before the "Send Email" step.

Next, you configure the link for the URL input and then set a constant for what you want to link to appear as in the email.

Then, make sure you have "Send Raw HTML" selected in order for this to be successful.

In the body section of the email use "Merge Text Editor" and map in the Link output from the "Create Link" step.
