How to Hide Entities from Search Results in Decisions?
I have some files that are generated with the same name, and I want to hide them from appearing in the search bar. Is there a way to stop the search from returning these files while still being able to fetch them when needed?

Yes, you can hide entities from appearing in the search bar by using the Hide Entity step in your flow. If you need to hide multiple entities, you can fetch them, loop through the results, and use their IDs to hide them all at once. This will hide the entities, but they will still be accessible at the folder level.
If you need to view these entities in the folder while they are hidden, you can adjust the report settings to show all folder items, including the hidden ones.
