Can I convert a native account to an SSO account?

Can I have some assistance in converting my native accounts into SSO accounts?

Hello!

You can convert native accounts in Decisions to SSO in V9 with this Account Conversion Utility project.

Steps

1. Upload the "Account Conversion Utility" project to Decisions
2. Navigate to the "Account Conversion Utility" folder
3. Right-click and run the "Account Conversion Utility" Flow
4. Form will display with a drop down. Please select "SAML or OpenId" from the Drop down list and click "Done"
5. A second form will appear with listed Email addresses and a drop down to select the SSO Identity provider to use. These will be the available PASSWORD accounts that can be converted to SAML. You will need to select your Identity provider from the drop down. Click the "convert" button
6. You will get a pop-up notification letting you know if the conversion happened error free or if there were any errors.
7. After a successful conversion, converted account users will now be able to login via SSO
