Allow Actions External Truth Table

Hello, we are on a newer version of Decisions and the Allow Actions checkbox is visible to us- wondering if an update has been made and now Allow Actions is available for External Tts? When we enable it, we arent getting the Actions column. Thanks for the help!

Hey there, thanks for using the Decisions community forum!

What version are you currently using when trying this out?

I was able to test this myself in v9.6 and I'm getting the same behavior, I've reached out internally to see if this is expected behavior - but if not I think it'd be a good idea to get a support ticket submitted for this so that we can take a closer look and potentially submit a Developer ticket.

Hey there, thanks for your Version information!

I did some deep diving on this for you:

When you turn on 'Allow Actions' on an external truth table, if you click the '+' on the column after 'Default Output Data' you get additional actions - 'Add To List', 'Change Value' and 'Modify Text'.

When Allow Actions is deselected, the default action is 'New Output Data' - which opens a window allowing you to add... you got it! New Output Data!
