Form Title Style in Decisions 9

In Version 8, there was an option to "Set Forms Title Style" (at the flow level). How can this be achieved in version 9?

Please see the attached screenshots for the "Set Forms Title Style" action that I'm trying to replicate in Decisions 9. This allowed setting form title style for all forms that were used in a flow

Unfortunately, the "Set Forms Title Style" feature was removed in v9, and there is no alternative way to replicate this behavior. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can assist with!

Is there an alternate way to control the height, bgcolor, font, etc.. on a form in version 9? The forms that converted from version 8 look very bad.
