Can we provide permissions to specific group to access specific designer folder in a project?

Hi,

I'm in v9. I want to know if we can provide permissions to the group to access designer folders.

I have created a project A inside that I've create 2 more designer folders F1 and F1. I have 2 groups G1 and G2. I want to provide access to users in G1 to create flows/form anything in F1 and they shouldn't know anything about F2. Similarly, with F2, the G2 users should have all the permissions to F2 only.

Is it achievable, if yes, how can I do it?

Hi,

This is achievable. First, provide all the permissions for both groups G1 and G2 for Project A.

In right-click F1, navigate to Permissions-> Disable Permissions Inheritance. Now click on manage permissions and provide all the required permissions to G1 only. This will allow the F1 to be accessed by G1 users alone.

Perform the same with F2 allowing permissions to G2.
