Getting an Error When Trying to Update Server Certificate?

Greetings,

I've recently updated a server certificate in the certificate store and am trying to have my Decisions server match the certificate. I copied the certificate thumbprint exactly from the cert to the Decisions settings.xml, but I get the following error:

"Unable to Start Decisions Server.","Exception":"System.Exception: No valid certificate found from CertificateStore location."

I double-checked the cert, but don't see anything wrong with it. Is there something I'm missing here?

Hello!

One thing you might want to check is the case of the certificate thumbprint. Decisions typically works with the thumbprint all uppercase in the Settings.xml. Copying the thumbprint exactly from the cert store does not always result in an all-uppercase string.
