How to Audit Flows in Decisions?
Greetings,
I'm trying to find a report or dashboard that shows me what flows are running and who ran them. I'm trying to get an idea of how often my users are running flows to check rock facts as opposed to their time spent in the field (I collect that data elsewhere). Any suggestions?

Hello!
We would recommend investigating the Flow Management folder under SYSTEM > Administration > System Tools (https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/flow-management-dashboard). This provides a list of actively running flows that display:
- Name of the flows
- All flows currently in use
- Last modified date of the flow
- When each step was run within the flow
In this folder is also a tab called “Recent Flow Results”. This shows:
- Which shows when flows have been executed recently
- The account that ran the recently-executed flows
- How long each flow took to complete
- When each flow was ran
We hope this helps!
