Is there any default reports or tools that we can use to gather information on flow metrics?

We would recommend investigating the Flow Management folder under SYSTEM > Administration > System Tools.

This provides a list of actively running flows that display:

• Workflow Name
• All currently in-use
• Last modified date, as well as when each step was run within the flow.

In this folder is also a tab called “Recent Flow Results”, which shows when flows have been executed, who ran them, how long the flow took, and when it was ran.
