How to hide left menu and top action bar in V9 only for portal users (end users)?

I tried applying custom css to hide those but in Version 9 since we do not have separate css files for studio and portal, the left menu is disappearing for admin and designers as well which is an issue.

Hello,

You can set the default url parameters for a specific group i.e “&chrome=Small” so that it would hide top actions and left menu only for a particular group of users. Also check "Hide Actions bar" which is found in portal settings.
