Currently, we are performing an On-Prem hosting of Decisions v9 using Azure. I am looking to get some hardware specifications for a Non-Prod, Prod, and Repository server.

In addition to this, will the Repository server require its own database?

Check out the following document which highlight some of the Azure specifications for Non-Prod, Prod, and Repository Servers.

The Repository will require its own separate database from any development and production databases. The following documentation on the Repository Installation covers this. Do note that it is recommended that the Repository database should use the same type of database as the development and production databases.
