SSO Authentication Method Doesn't Match?

I am trying to login via SSO to my Decisions instance but am hitting a problem. I get a message along the lines of "authentication method doesn't match requested authentication method". Any idea why this might be happening?

    This is mostly likely because you don't have authentication methods configured within your SSO settings. In order to do this, you'll need to go into your Decisions server and navigate to SYSTEM > Settings > SAML Settings.

    Once there, you'll want to edit the provider settings you are using. Scroll down and check the "Specify Authentication Methods" box, but leave all the methods unchecked, as shown here:

    Hit "OK" and "Save". This should resolve the issue you are seeing. We hope this helps!
