Image pasted in rich text editor not showing in the email & excel table lose formatting when pasted

Hi

I have a workflow which assigns a form to users where they have option to paste any image or Excel table to the rich text box which then goes out in email body to a set of recipients after task completion. I am facing issues with both options:

1. The pasted image is not being displayed in the email body though it looks fine at the time of completing task.
2. When excel table is pasted, the table lose all its formatting. It turns into a plain table.

Is there a way to address these issues?
