Active Directory Groups not Updating?

Greetings,

I've made some changes to some users' group membership in my active directory. I then ran my AD sync manually, but the group membership update didn't reflect in Decisions. The users still existed in Decisions, just in the old groups. Is there anyway to update the group membership in Decisions without manually moving the users?

    Navigate to your AD settings and select "Reset Sync Info", then run your AD sync manually once more (either via the Sync Now action or running the AD sync Job manually). 

    Note: PLEASE ensure your AD sync is functioning as expected before selecting "Reset Sync info", especially on a production environment.
