Drop Down List To Trigger Flow

My form contains a drop down list which is using my accounts as its inputs. I would like to trigger a flow based on the account selected in the drop down.

How can I do this?

This can be achieved using an Active Form flow. I have attached a project that contains a form using a dropdown list form control. When a user is chosen within the dropdown list, the active form flow is triggered populating the user's id and email address within their respective fields.
