Change XML Data Structure Value Via XPATH

I am currently using an XSD Data Structure and I would like to change a value with an XPATH statement. Is this possible?

I have attached an example flow with the files utilized. The XSD Data Structure was created used the attached HeaderFields XML Schema which was also used to develop an XSLT stylesheet to perform the XPath statement. This flow utilizes the Apply XSLT Stylesheet step to consume an XML file and transforms the changes outline in the XSLT file.
