Case Entity Management Folder

I have created a case entity data structure, and a Manage folder was created with it. What exactly is this folder and is it safe to remove?

This is a regular folder with Decisions that is created when a user right-clicks the case entity data structure and choosing Create Management Folder. This folder provides a location to store Case Entity structures. This folder can be deleted if nothing is within it.
