What is the best way to sync user accounts between each environment?

I am setting up my Decisions environments. Is there a way to import created users to all environments? Or a way for each environment to have the same accounts?

Hello,  

Currently, the best method for having accounts synced across Decisions environments is through Active Directory (AD). Syncing each environment to AD will create users and groups inside Decisions without having to add each account individually.
