Multiple Email Templates

You can design customer email templates at System -> Designers -> Email Templates. These email templates will have to then be applied to the assignment itself. We do not have an option to change the Email Template for the Email Notification Policy. Therefore, you will need to configure Email Response Handling settings to act similarly to Email Notifications.
