Automatically Refresh Report Upon Assignment Completion

My dashboard is displaying a list of accounts' assignments sourced from a flow. As assignments get completed, I would like the dashboard to refresh immediately to remove those assignments. The flow contains several heavy processes after the form is submitted preventing the dashboard from refreshing immediately. Do you have any suggestions for a workaround?

An assignment in Decisions is marked complete either upon flow completion or another event, such as another assignment. The best process here would be to use an Async Sub Flow that contains the main, external processing logic. This would allow the time-intensive processes to run independent of the assignments.
