Server Logs Report Question

My machine currently has four Decisions.Web.Core log files at C:\Program Files\Decisions\Decisions Server\Logs. However, the Server Logs report under Administration\System Tools does not seem to contain enough rows to create multiple log files.
What exactly is this report sourced from?

The Server Logs Report is sourced from the Current Logs data source and maintains this in memory. As you can see in the image below, the Decisions.Web.Core file contains the equivalent number of rows as Decisions' Server Logs Report even though I have multiple Decisions.Web.Core files.
