Value Is True Rule

I am working to create a Value is True condition using a statement rule. Can you please help me make one?

To achieve this, we'll need to create a Statement Rule. Within the Rule Designer, we will set up an input data value of Boolean type. You can name this input whatever you prefer; I chose to call it "Value." Choose Save and close the window.

 Click Select Data Element in the upper left-hand corner to choose "Value". Then select NEXT and choose Is True.
