How to hide\disable the Runflow button on a Page

I have a dashboard where users can select from N number of fields (see Fig. A). Based on the search criteria, a report will populate in the report viewer (see Fig. B). If the user wants to assign all the cases to the username selected from the username dropdown which is placed in the search form , they can click the submit button, and all the cases will be assigned to the selected username.

However, if the user wants to make manual assignments (see Fig. C), they can select an option that opens a form. In this form, the user can select a username from the dropdown list (see Fig. D). If the user assigns the cases to a different username, I want to hide or disable the submit button ("Run Flow") which is at the bottom of the dashboard (see Fig. E).

So please provide a solution, how could I hide/disable my Submit button in case of a manual assignment?

After reviewing the requirements, we regret to inform you that we cannot implement Action Visibility Rules on the page, which means we are unable to hide or disable the Submit button (RunFlow button) there.

To address this, recommend adjusting the flow's logic so that it does not trigger any actions when the button needs to be hidden.
