How to assign a specific colour to a specific category in a chart

Is it possible in Decisions to assign a specific color to a specific category in a chart?

Currently, the colors are getting jumbled due to a category not having any value. We want the colors to be consistent with the categories, with the base colors assigned to their respective categories.

It's not possible to have fixed colors on bars if there is no data in the bar, even after configuring the base colors. 

It is expected behavior. Configuring base colors typically works like this: if you set up 4 base colors and all 4 columns have values, then it'll work as expected. If only 3 columns have values, then the first 3 base colors will fill the columns accordingly.

Another alternative is to use a pie chart where you can define custom colors based on the name you grouped.
