How to validate someone's age from their birthdate?

I would like to validate whether someone is over the age of 65, but I can't figure out how to do it. I've tried getting the difference in years between the current date and their birthdate, but it doesn't take into account when their birthday is in the year, giving me inaccurate results.

In order to accomplish this, you can use the add years step to add the number of years (age you are checking) to their birthdate and check to see if that's less than or equal to the current date!
