How to hide a folder from the user portal

Hello,

I have a Dashboard page that I've assigned permissions for a specific group to be able to view, but when the user logs into the portal, they cannot see the folder, how do I get this to work?

    You can utilize the portal visibility action to achieve this, and we have some excellent documentation on this, which includes a GIF showing how to do this:

    While you're on an administrator account, right click the folder you want to apply the visibility action to, click Manage, then either "[User Portal Visibility] Hide" or "[User Portal Visibility] Show" depending on what you'd like to do.
