Oracle DB timeout issue

We're trying to interact with Oracle DB. As far as I know, we had all the parameters filled out correctly. The client accesses their Oracle DB via VPN but it timed out even when someone tried connecting via VPN.

This looks like your Oracle DB is not allowing the connection from Decisions Server. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do to help with your Network/DB configurations that are external to Decisions. You will need to contact a DBA or network admin to allow for communication between the server on which Decisions is hosted and your Oracle SQL machine.
