How to use IP address as part of PortalBaseURL

I installed the server using Internet Information Services (IIS) for hosting today, and I created a tenant instance. If I log in the decisions website with localhost URL on the server, I can select the tenant instance. and the website is ok. But when I log in the decisions website with server IP on my local computer, the URL will redirect to localhost, so I can not open the tenant instance on my local computer. How do I get this to work?

    You can make this work by using self-hosting on your Decisions instance. This doesn't work for IIS servers.
