Need some assistance or detailed document on how to provision restricted elevated access to developers.

Currently developers are given Designer Access. It looks like they need additional access to Integrations, Notification & Repository Action Flows under administration:

You are able to add the Designers group to the permissions for these system folders. Doing so will allow designer users to access the folders and their contents. Please note that adding permissions will allow users to access the folders, but will not expose the system menu for them. You may also need to pin these folders to the top menu using the 'Manage > Pin to Top Menu' right click action so they can find them easily.
